We offer 1-on-1 coaching sessions to help you feel more prepared, informed, and supported throughout the family court process.

Our coaching is designed for individuals navigating "high-conflict" custody, divorce, or child welfare cases involving DSS, law enforcement, or complex legal systems. We understand how overwhelming it can feel, especially when emotions are high and the stakes are even higher.

We can help you:

  • Understand the general steps of custody and family court proceedings
  • Explain how to prepare and organize information for your attorney
  • Build strategies for communicating with DSS, law enforcement, and legal professionals
  • Learn how to tailor your language for the courtroom
  • Anticipate and prepare for common challenges  including allegations of alienation or non-cooperation
  • Identify red flags in high-conflict dynamics and focus on child-centered solutions

Important Note: While we are experienced in family court advocacy, we are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our coaching services are for informational and support purposes only. We do not draft legal documents, interpret laws, or represent clients in court. For legal guidance, please consult a licensed attorney.

For the Kids: Child-Centered Support

We offer private coaching sessions for parents and caregivers focused on supporting children through transitions, conflict, and trauma. These sessions are led by a certified conscious parenting coach who has personal experience as a protective parent navigating family court.

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not legal advice. It’s direct, practical support to help you stay focused on what your child needs — emotionally, developmentally, and in the day-to-day moments that feel the hardest.

What Our Coaching Covers

  • How to respond to trauma reactions, anxiety, or withdrawal in kids
  • What to say (and not say) to your child during legal proceedings
  • Supporting your child’s relationship with safe adults
  • Preparing your child for interviews or evaluations
  • How to talk to DSS, GALs, or therapists in ways that keep the focus on your child
  • Parenting during periods of limited contact or supervised visitation

 Every Situation Is Different

No two families are the same. The age and needs of your child matter. So do the specific agencies, professionals, and systems involved in your case. What’s available in one county may not exist in another.

We take that into account. Our support is adapted to your situation, not based on a one-size-fits-all model. If you're unsure what your options are, we can help you figure that out too.

Important Note: We are not licensed therapists or attorneys. Our role is to offer support, information, and advocacy tools — not clinical care or legal advice. If your child needs therapy, or you need legal representation, we can help you find qualified professionals in your area.

You might also be looking for outside services;  things like child therapy, trauma recovery programs, or financial help. We’ve included a few national directories that can help you locate support in your area:

  • [National Children’s Alliance](https://www.nationalchildrensalliance.org/nca-members/)

Search for Children’s Advocacy Centers near you.

  • Child Welfare Information Gateway](https://www.childwelfare.gov/nfcad/)

Find your state’s child welfare agencies and programs.

  • [Safe Kids Worldwide](https://www.safekids.org/)

Access safety information for kids at home, in school, and in public.

  • [211.org](https://www.211.org/)

Call 2-1-1 or search your zip code to find local resources for mental health, food, housing, and more.

If you’d rather we help you locate something more specific, you can reach out through our interest form and we’ll get back to you with what we find.
